ANTH 455 - Archaeological Foodways3 Credit Hours This seminar class is designed to survey the complex behaviors by which humans produce, prepare, present, and consume foods and the various methods used by archaeologists (including paleoethnobotany, zooarchaeology, osteology, residue analysis, and other artifact analyses) to address foodways and larger interpretations of lifeways at archaeological sites.
