Digital Collections Graduate Certificate

The graduate certificate in Digital Collections prepares students to create, manage, maintain, and promote digital collections in academic, cultural heritage, and professional environments. Information professionals apply these skills when working with digital libraries, archives, institutional repositories, and other digital initiatives, providing expertise in areas such as curation, metadata, access, and long-term preservation.

This five course, 15-credit-hour graduate certificate in Digital Collections is beneficial for students already enrolled in a graduate program who want to supplement their coursework with this specialization, as well as for professionals who already hold a graduate degree and want to learn more about digital collections to enhance their careers.
