Community Engagement and Social Justice for Sustainability Graduate Certificate

This certificate program is designed to support graduate students in developing a deeper understanding of sustainability as it relates to community engagement and social justice. The transdisciplinary design of this certificate program will prepare students to advocate for the right of all people to live in a clean and safe environment by addressing the inequitable distribution of environmental problems among marginalized communities and promoting ethical social goals and well-being within communities. This certificate requires 15 graduate credit hours of coursework.
