The minor in Cybersecurity Engineering prepares graduates in the cybersecurity of integrated cyber-physical systems (CPS). It is designed to provide students with the necessary skills to safeguard existing CPS systems from cyber threats and create resilient new systems. Students will acquire proficiency in the protection of critical infrastructures, such as power, transportation, communication, biomedical, and manufacturing systems.The students will work on cybersecurity principles to develop solutions that prevent, detect, and respond to cyberattacks in CPS based critical infrastructures.

Requirements
The minor requires the completion of a minimum of 22 credits. It includes thirteen hours of core curriculum and nine hours of electives. Complete Core Curriculum (13 Hours)
