Latin American and Caribbean Studies Minor

The minor consists of 18 hours taken from courses offered by at least three different academic departments, selected from the courses listed in either Interdisciplinary Programs Major, BA - Latin American and Caribbean Studies Concentration - Brazilian Studies Track  or Interdisciplinary Programs Major, BA - Latin American and Caribbean Studies Concentration - General Studies Track . Students pursuing the minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies are expected to satisfy the College-level foreign language requirement with one of the languages from the region: French, Portuguese or Spanish.
