Data-Driven Decision-Making Graduate Certificate

Data analytics involves the development and application of statistical and quantitative analysis methods and the construction of explanatory and predictive models to drive the decision-making process. Students completing the certificate will have a basic foundation of critical tools to extract useful information from big data, as well as for modeling, simulation, optimization and decision analysis in order to support efficient data-driven decision making. Admissions Standards/Procedures

Applicants must meet the minimum admission requirements of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Graduate School.
Must apply for the certificate online through the Office of Graduate Admissions.

Credit Hours Required

A minimum of 12 graduate credit hours (4 courses) is required for the certificate.
