The human resource management program integrates occupational education, training, career development, and organizational development. The curriculum goal of the program centers around producing organizational effectiveness through a guiding framework that focuses on developing human resource skills and understanding of organizational culture, systems and structures, and decision making; individual, group, organizational learning; high performance teaming; organizational change, communication processes; and analysis, action, measurement of economic outcomes.
