MUBS 302 - Advanced Topics in Music Publishing

3 Credit Hours
Study of intersections between music creators and industry stakeholders participating in copyright interests via a multitude of relevant deal models (Work-For-Hire, Mergers, Acquisitions, Term Limits, Joint Ventures, etc.). Topics include analysis of past and present Publishing Contracts, Copyright Law in the U.S./International Territories, and Rights Management throughout the music industry paradigm.
