MGT 380 - Project Management3 Credit Hours Students will learn the basics of project management in a hands-on, experiential course. We will explore the role of the project manager and the facets of project management including project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. Upon completion of the course, students will have met the requirements to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification exam. Students will complete a final project and invited guests from industry will enrich this course. Priority given to Management majors but all Haslam students are welcome, space permitting.
Credit Restriction: Students may not receive credit for MGT 480 and MGT 380. Registration Restriction(s): Majors in the Haslam College of Business
