ECE 362 - Introduction to Cyber-Physical System Security3 Credit Hours
Security concepts and challenges, cryptographic building blocks, authentication, basic software security like buffer overflow and mitigation, introduction to security challenges and techniques at both the physical layer and the cyber layer of important cyber-physical systems, including transportation systems, avionics, industrial automation systems, vehicular systems, medical systems, power systems, SCADA, nuclear plants, etc.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): COSC 102 or equivalent with a grade of C or better, and either ECE 256 or COSC 230 with a grade of C or better.
