CSM 445 - Construction Safety3 Credit Hours
Covers various causes of construction accidents and the adopted strategies to prevent worksite injuries and illnesses. Other topics covered include workers’ compensation, OSHA standards for the construction industry, economics of construction safety management, temporary structures, system safety, ergonomic applications, health hazards, and the development of a safety program.
Credit Restriction: Students may not receive credit for both CSM 445 and CSM 545
