GERM 426 - Topics in Linguistics Research Methods

3 Credit Hours
This course provides a basic foundation in research methods in various fields of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics. The focus is on fundamental principles of sound research design and analysis, relevant to various areas of linguistic research, with particular attention to specific research types.

(Same as FREN 426 ; LING 426 ; RUSS 426 ; SPAN 426 )
Repeatability: May be repeated if topic differs. Maximum 6 hours.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): ENGL 102* , ENGL 112* , ENGL 132* , or ENGL 298*  
Recommended Background: LING 200  or two 3rd year foreign language courses.
