BCMB 419* - Cellular and Comparative Biochemistry Laboratory

3 Credit Hours
Experiments on protein structure, protein function, nucleic acids, and membranes/organelles using chromatography, protein purification, electrophoresis, immunochemical, and recombinant DNA methodologies.
