ESM 651 - Advanced Seminar in Evaluation3 Credit Hours
Focuses on advanced evaluation project management, budgeting, personnel, client relations, as well as evaluation standards and professionalism. Students will develop a comprehensive technical and cost-analysis evaluation proposal for a request for proposals. Students will be engaged in evaluation during the course.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): ESM 534.
