HRM 555 - Strategic Human Resource Management

3 Credit Hours
Examination of the role of human resource management in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Contemporary issues such as globalization, outsourcing, workforce diversity, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing, and occupational health, safety, and security are explored in terms of their strategic value.
