RSM 544 - Leadership Theories

Introduction to principles of interpersonal and organizational leadership in the context of sport and coaching environments. Students will explore leadership theory, strategic planning, and motivation through the lens of successful coaches including Pat Summitt and John Wooden.
Registration Restriction(s): Recreation and Sport Management major. Minimum student level – graduate.
