HRM 545 - Strategic Rewards Management3 Credit Hours Examination of the development and implementation of reward systems in order to achieve strategic organizational objectives. Reward systems include compensation, benefits, legal compliance, and cost containment policies as they apply in both the U.S. and international business environments.
