RSM 556 - Sport and Religion

3 Credit Hours
Examines the confluence of sport, religion, and spirituality through the critical analysis of religious and spiritual concepts/constructs, social and religious movements, and media influences. The course is centered on a Protestant perspective. The course will also explore other religious traditions and their relation to sport.
Registration Restriction(s): Majors in the Department of Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies only.
