NURS 576 - Adult Health CNS II: Adult and Older Adult

7 Credit Hours
Continuation of 575. Emphasis on health restoration and management of advanced practice nursing care for adult and older adult clients with complex health problems and their families. Application of research, theory, and leadership systems to the clinical nurse specialist in a variety of roles and health care settings serving the adult and older adult populations.
Contact Hour Distribution: 2 hours didactic and 20 hours clinical.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): 575 and 501.
Credit Level Restriction: Graduate credit only.
Registration Restriction(s): Master of Science in Nursing – nursing major. Minimum Student Level – graduate.
