LAW 843 - Debtor-Creditor Law

3 Credit Hours
Basic elements of federal bankruptcy law: claims, property of estate, automatic stay, trustee’s avoidance powers, assumption and rejection of contracts, priority of distributions, and distinction between liquidation and rehabilitation. Enforcing judgments outside of bankruptcy.
