BCMB 562 - Introduction to Electron Microscopy - Transmission Electron Microscope

4 Credit Hours
Practical application to techniques for preparation of biological samples for viewing in transmission electron microscopy. Use of microscope and ancillary equipment, darkroom techniques, preparation of materials for publication and special project.
Contact Hour Distribution: Two 3-hour labs.
