The Howard H. Baker Jr. School of Public Policy and Public Affairs (Baker School) offers a graduate certificate program in Agricultural and Environmental Policy.
Concurrently-enrolled University of Tennessee graduate students from all disciplines and community members with a Master’s degree or higher with an interest in issues related to Agricultural and Environmental Policy are eligible to apply to the graduate certificate program in Agricultural and Environmental Policy.
The aim of the program is to prepare leaders, practitioners, researchers, and educators from public administration, public policy, public affairs, and other disciplines to be active in various policymaking activities. Course experiences will foster the examination and application of current policy research and the development of skills related to policy analysis, research, program evaluation, and advocacy.
