REST 303 - Sociology of Religion3 Credit Hours The sociology of religion is a distinctive approach that investigates the intersection of religions and religious organizations to history, culture, and society. In this course we review the methods, theories, and substantive findings of classical and contemporary sociologists who study religion and the social order.
