Complex, interdisciplinary nature of product development and product management in a global context. Strategic issues during product life cycle, from idea conception to product development to commercialization to eventual product dismissal. Cross-national forces that enable firms to design and maintain competitive marketing and supply chain networks across multiple geographic locations. Builds on a solid understanding of marketing strategy and demand/supply integration.
