UNRA 509 - Sponsored Programs Accounting3 Credit Hours
Provides an overview of the functions of cost principles, administrative guidelines, and agency specific guidelines in budget development and spending decisions with emphasis on cost share, allowable costs, effort certification, program income, sub-recipient monitoring, financial reporting and project closeout. In addition, it will analyze the audit process and emphasize the importance of proper internal controls.
