UNRA 507 - Contracting for Sponsored Programs

3 Credit Hours
Illustrates the structure and components of contract formation including: basic contract types, negotiation, navigating troublesome clauses, and subcontracts. In addition, the roles and responsibilities of both sponsor representatives and institutional research administrators will be explored to integrate technical knowledge with operational aspects contracting process.
