CEM 561 - Pharmacology

4 Credit Hours
Basic principles of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic theory and data modeling. The student will learn the physiologic processes that dictate the absorption, distribution, and elimination of drugs. The course includes a hands-on module where the student will learn how to analyze pharmacokinetic data, including noncompartmental and compartmental data analysis, population and physiology-based models, as well as principles of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic integration.
