NUTR 412 - Food and Nutrition in the Community

3 Credit Hours
Influence of health characteristics, geographic, social, economic, educational, and cultural factors on food and nutrition programming. Relationship of community food and nutrition problems to programs and services for families and communities with particular attention to disease prevention and public policy. Successful completion of 15 hours of service learning is required.
